The Healing Group - The Man Cave
A free online man’s support group for the perinatal years coordinated by The Healing Group. A monthly online meet up for men to improve their ability to support their partner and new baby through understanding postpartum depression and anxiety. The group focuses on diversifying support methods, maximizing your time and efficiency spent with your child and education about topics including: child development, sex in the relationship and resources for dads.
This group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 8 PM with an additional quarterly meet up.

Postpartum Support International - Dad Support Group
A free online support group that is every Friday and is led by trained peer facilitators. Our online groups are a space for dads—from pregnancy through the toddler years—to connect and support one another. Whether you’re expecting a new baby, adjusting to life with a newborn, chasing after a toddler, or figuring out how to best support your partner, you are welcome here. These groups offer a chance to talk and listen as fellow dads share real experiences, challenges, and insights. You’ll find encouragement, practical tools, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
